<br />Sweet Corn Salad is a very healthy recipe and can be used as a side dish for lunch and dinner. <br /><br />Ingredients:<br />200 grams boiled sweet corn kernels<br />1/3 cup finely chopped tomato<br />1 small finely chopped onion<br />1/3 cup grated carrot<br />1/3 cup finely chopped cucumber<br />Freshly chopped coriander leaves<br />1 piece of finely chopped green chilly<br />1 ½ tsp Chaat masala<br />3/4 tsp Black pepper powder<br />Salt to taste<br />11/2 tsp Lemon juice<br /><br />How to make sweet corn salad:<br />Take 2 cups of water and boiled corn for 3-4 minutes till it becomes tender. Now strain the excess water and keep the corns to cool down for some time.<br />Once corn kernels get cool, Put them in a mixing bowl and all the finely chopped veggies (tomato, onion, carrot, cucumber, coriander leaves, green chilly).<br />Now add all the spices (Chaat masala, Black pepper powder, Salt to taste, Lemon juice).
